Asparuhovo is a small picturesque village, huddled at the foot of the Stara Planina Mountain. It is located in the gorge of the Luda Kamchia River, on the very coast of the Tzonevo dam. The village is situated some 85 km southwest of the city of Varna, in the very beginning of the Aitos Pass. In case you have started from the city of Varna with your own vehicle and have set off to the village of Asparuhovo via the Varna-Sofia hignway, you should take the third diversion that leads to the town of Provadia, immediately after reaching the 25th km of the road. Then, after passing through the town of Dalgopol you will reach a road-fork to Asparuhovo. The distance between this point and the village is only 15 km.

Public means of transportation – there are regular buses to the town of Dalgopol, which is in immediate proximity to the village of Asparuhovo. There are also regular trains to Asparuhovo that start from the city of Varna at 6:40, 10:10, 13:38 and 17:55.
